Most of our products are sourced from local and international suppliers who generally do not offer manufacturer warranties. Upon completion of the sale, the product shall be deemed accepted by the customer in satisfactory condition.
All sales made by Sayeonix.com are considered final.
Products purchased from us are generally non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. In exceptional circumstances, a return request may be reviewed at our sole discretion. However, acceptance of such requests is not guaranteed.
Products that have been programmed, soldered, modified, altered, electrically connected, used, or otherwise tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Customers who are uncertain about a product’s quality, suitability, or compatibility are encouraged to visit our office and inspect the product physically before making a purchase.
Free technical support is not included with the purchase of any product.
Any assistance related to programming, software installation, driver configuration, setup, troubleshooting, or technical implementation remains the responsibility of the customer.
Technical services may be provided upon request and subject to availability and additional service charges. Sayeonix.com does not guarantee a successful resolution of any specific technical issue.
Product prices, technical specifications, availability, and related services may be modified without prior notice.
Sayeonix.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any product or service at any time without incurring any liability.
Sayeonix.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order.
Orders may be canceled if payment is not confirmed within one (1) business day. Unpaid orders may be released for sale to other customers without prior notice.
Orders within the Dhaka Metropolitan Area are generally delivered through Pathao Courier within one (1) to two (2) business days.
Orders outside Dhaka are generally shipped via Sundarban Courier Service, which typically requires two (2) to three (3) business days for delivery.
All delivery timelines are estimates only. Sayeonix.com shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier operations, natural disasters, strikes, inaccurate customer information, or the recipient’s unavailability.
Customers outside Dhaka are required to collect their parcels from the designated Sundarban Courier branch. Home delivery service is available only within the Dhaka Metropolitan Area.
For orders outside Dhaka, an advance payment of BDT 200 (Two Hundred Taka) is mandatory. This amount will be adjusted against the total invoice value during order processing.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders outside Dhaka, additional courier-imposed charges (currently approximately BDT 10 per BDT 1,000 collected) will be added to the final bill.
These charges are determined solely by the courier service provider and remain beyond the control of Sayeonix.com.
For the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery, Sayeonix.com may share the customer’s name, address, and phone number with the relevant courier service.
Sayeonix.com does not sell, rent, or misuse customer personal information under any circumstances.
After placing an order, customers may receive order confirmations, notifications, and important updates via email and SMS.
Upon completion of an order, customers may be invited to submit reviews or feedback. Such reviews may be published for the benefit of other customers and to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Customers may not use the products or services provided by Sayeonix.com for any unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
The transmission of malicious software or code, misuse of services, and violation of any applicable laws and regulations are strictly prohibited.

মূল্য ও তথ্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার

অর্ডারের অর্থ এক (১) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে নিশ্চিত না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে। অপরিশোধিত অর্ডার পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই অন্যান্য গ্রাহকের জন্য উন্মুক্ত করা হতে পারে।
সরবরাহ ও কুরিয়ার সেবা
ঢাকা মহানগর এলাকার অর্ডার সাধারণত Pathao Courier-এর মাধ্যমে ১ থেকে ২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়।
ঢাকার বাইরের অর্ডার সাধারণত Sundarban Courier Service-এর মাধ্যমে প্রেরণ করা হয়, যার জন্য সাধারণত ২ থেকে ৩ কার্যদিবস সময় প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
উল্লিখিত সময়সীমা আনুমানিক। কুরিয়ার প্রতিষ্ঠানের কার্যক্রম, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ধর্মঘট, ভুল তথ্য প্রদান অথবা গ্রাহকের অনুপস্থিতিজনিত কারণে সৃষ্ট বিলম্বের জন্য Sayeonix.com দায়ী থাকবে না।
ঢাকার বাইরে গ্রাহকদের নির্ধারিত সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার শাখা থেকে পার্সেল সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। হোম ডেলিভারি সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা মহানগর এলাকার জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
অগ্রিম অর্থপ্রদান ও অতিরিক্ত চার্জ
ঢাকার বাইরের অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ২০০ (দুইশত) টাকা অগ্রিম প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক, যা চালান প্রস্তুতের সময় মোট মূল্যের সাথে সমন্বয় করা হবে।
ঢাকার বাইরে ক্যাশ-অন-ডেলিভারি (COD) সেবার ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার কর্তৃপক্ষ নির্ধারিত অতিরিক্ত চার্জ (বর্তমানে আনুমানিক প্রতি ১,০০০ টাকায় ১০ টাকা) বিলের সঙ্গে যুক্ত হবে।
এই চার্জসমূহ সম্পূর্ণরূপে কুরিয়ার প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হয় এবং এর উপর Sayeonix.com-এর কোনো নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই।
গ্রাহকের তথ্যের ব্যবহার
পণ্য সরবরাহের স্বার্থে Sayeonix.com গ্রাহকের নাম, ঠিকানা এবং মোবাইল নম্বর সংশ্লিষ্ট কুরিয়ার প্রতিষ্ঠানের সঙ্গে শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার উদ্দেশ্যে শেয়ার করতে পারে।
Sayeonix.com গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রয়, ভাড়া প্রদান অথবা অননুমোদিতভাবে ব্যবহার করে না।
