Refund and Return Policy

Please read the refund policy described below carefully. By purchasing any product or accepting any service from our website, you agree to the following agreement:

1. No Refund or Exchange for Electronic Components:

   Most of the products purchased from our website are sensitive electronic spare parts and accessories. These are supplied in intact, original manufacturer packaging. However, because these sensitive components can easily be damaged through improper handling, misuse, soldering, desoldering, electrostatic discharge (ESD), or simple disassembly, we do not accept or provide any refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you have any questions regarding product quality, you are welcome to inspect and collect the product directly from our physical store.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery:

   Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. If the product is found damaged due to transportation issues at that moment, it will be replaced with a new one upon return. No complaints will be entertained once the delivery agent leaves. Products covered under warranty will be serviced according to our Warranty Policy.

3. Change of Mind:

   Products are non-refundable once delivered due to a change of mind or personal preference. Requests for exchanging or replacing a product with another item after opening the packaging will not be accepted.

4. Transit Damage Claims:

   We pack every order with extreme care to ensure safe delivery. If a package is damaged during transit due to mismanagement by the courier/delivery provider, please notify us immediately with photographs of the product along with its packaging. In such cases, the customer must return the entire product, along with all original packaging, to the office address of Sayeonix.com. Sayeonix.com will bear the return shipping cost and supply a new replacement product.

5. Warranty Coverage:

   Products on our website that do not explicitly mention warranty details in their description are not covered under warranty, as we do not receive any warranty from the manufacturers or suppliers for them. Only products that explicitly specify a warranty will receive warranty service for the designated duration. Please verify with us before making a purchase.

6. Warranty Void Conditions:

   The warranty will not apply if the product is subjected to misuse, static discharge, negligence, accidents, alterations, physical damage, burns, mismanagement, disassembly, or if it has been soldered, desoldered, or modified in any way. Furthermore, damage to or removal of the warranty sticker on the product will automatically void the warranty.

7. Invoice Requirement for Warranty:

   To claim warranty service, you must present the original purchase invoice.

8. User Errors and Improper Installation:

   Damage resulting from user error—such as physical damage, lack of proper ventilation, exposure to direct sunlight causing overheating, or failure to use surge protectors when installing controllers—will not be covered under warranty. Installing the product without following the instructions in the user manual will also void warranty coverage.

9. Incompatibility and Experimental Use:

   If a product is purchased for a specific task without prior technical confirmation from the Sayeonix.com technical service team, and it is found unsuitable after use, it cannot be returned. Sayeonix.com does not supply products for experimental purposes or accept returns based on test results.

10. Out-of-Stock Refunds & Liability:

    If a product is out of stock and Sayeonix.com is unable to offer an alternative, the order amount will be refunded. Sayeonix.com is not liable to pay any financial compensation or damages arising from the inability to supply a product or delays in order delivery.

11. Accidental Wrong Product Delivery:

    If an incorrect product is delivered by accident, it must be returned to Sayeonix.com in its original, unopened packaging. In this case, Sayeonix.com will bear the return shipping cost and send the correct product if it is in stock.

12. Visual Discrepancies:

    Due to variations in manufacturers, suppliers, product batches, and supply changes, actual products may differ slightly from the photos shown on the website. However, Sayeonix.com always strives to publish updated product images.

13. Refund Method:

    We process refund requests for products purchased via bKash, Nagad, Cash on Delivery, etc. Refunds will be issued to the customer’s bKash number, bank account, or via check.

14. Final Decision:

    Sayeonix.com reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refunds, return requests, and warranty claims.

অনুগ্রহ করে নিম্নে বর্ণিত  রিফান্ড নীতি সাবধানে পড়ুন। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে কোন পরিসেবা গ্রহণ বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের দ্বারা আপনি নিম্নলিখিত চুক্তিতে সম্মত হলেন:

১) আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কেনা পণ্যগুলি বেশিরভাগই সংবেদনশীল ইলেকট্রনিক্স খুচরা যন্ত্রাংশ এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক। এগুলো ম্যানুফেকচার কর্তৃক ইনটেক্ট মোড়কে সরবরাহ করা হয়। তবে সংবেদনশীল এই যন্ত্রাশং যদি ভুলভাবে পরিচালনা করা হয়, তাহলে এটি যেকোন ধরনের অপব্যবহার, সোল্ডারিং, ডিসোল্ডারিং, ইলেক্ট্রোস্ট্যাটিক ডিসচার্জ (ESD)এবং শুধু ডিঅ্যাসেম্বলিং ইত্যাদি দ্বারা সহজেই ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হতে পারে। তাই, আমরা কোনো ধরনের রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন, বিনিময়, এক্সচেঞ্জ ইত্যাদি গ্রহণ বা প্রদান করি না। প্রোডাক্টের কোয়ালিটি সম্পর্কে কোন প্রশ্ন থাকলে সরাসরি আমাদের স্টোর থেকে সংগ্রহের সুযোগ রয়েছে।

২) প্রোডাক্ট যাচাই করতে ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে চেক করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে। এ সময় ট্রান্সপোর্ট জনিত কারতে প্রোডাক্ট ডেমেজ পাওয়া গেলে তা রিটার্নপূর্বক নতুন আরেকটি পন্য সরবরাহ করা হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসলে পরবর্তিতে কোন প্রকার অভিযোগ গ্রহণ হবে না। ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাধীন পন্য থাকলে থাকলে তা ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি অনুযায়ী সার্ভিস দেয়া হবে।

৩) অর্ডার ডেলিভারির পর মনের বা ইচ্ছার পরিবর্তনের কারণে পন্যটি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। কিংবা মোড়ক থেকে খোলার পর অন্য কোন প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ বা পরিবর্তনের রিকুয়েষ্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৪) আমরা প্রতিটি অর্ডার অতি সাবধানে প্যাক করি যেন আপনি নিরাপদে ডেলিভারি পেতে পারেন। কুরিয়ার কোম্পানী/ডেলিভারি প্রদানকারীর দ্বারা পরিবহণের সময় অব্যবস্থাপনার কারণে কোনো প্যাকেজ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে, অনুগ্রহ করে প্যাকেজিং সহ পণ্যের ছবিসহ অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান। এক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ প্রোডাক্টটি উহার সম্পূর্ণ প্যাকেজিংসহ Sayeonix.com অফিসের ঠিকানায় গ্রাহককে রিটার্ন পাঠাতে হবে। Sayeonix.com রিটার্ন খরচ বহন করবে এবং পুনঃরায় আরেকটি নতুন পন্য সরবরাহ করবে।

৫) আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে যে সকল পন্যের বিবরনে ওয়ারেন্টি বিষয়ে উল্লেখ নেই, সেগুলো ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়। কেননা আমরা নিজেরা প্রস্তুতকারক বা সরবরাহকারীর কাছ থেকে কোনও ওয়ারেন্টি পাই না৷ আর যদি একটি পণ্য স্পষ্টভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পর্কে উল্লেখ করে, শুধুমাত্র সেই পণ্যটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের ওয়ারেন্টি পরিসেবা প্রদান করে। তাই ক্রয়ের পূর্বে আমাদের থেকে নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিন।

৬) পণ্যটি অপব্যবহার, স্ট্যাটিক ডিসচার্জ, অবহেলা, দুর্ঘটনা, পরিবর্তন, বাহ্যিক ক্ষতি, পুড়ে যাওয়া, ভুল ব্যবস্থাপনা, বিচ্ছিন্ন করা, ডিএসেম্বলিং,  বা যেকোন উপায়ে সোল্ডারিং/ ডিসোল্ডারিং/ পরিবর্তন করা হলে কিংবা প্রোডাক্টের গায়ে দেয়া ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে বা ছিড়ে ফেললে ওয়্যারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

৭) ওয়ারেন্টি পরিসেবা পেতে, আপনাকে অবশ্যই ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস দেখাতে হবে।

৮) পণ্যটি ব্যবহারকারির ত্রুটিজনিত কারনে পুরে গেলে যেমন, ফিজিকাল ড্যামেজ, যথাযথ ভেন্টিলেশনের ব্যবস্থা না থাকা, সরাসরি সূর্যালোকে ব্যবহার করা ইত্যাদি কারনে অতিরিক্ত গরমে ডেমেজ হয়ে যেতে পারে। কিংবা কান্ট্রোলার স্থাপনে সঠিকভাবে সার্জ প্রোটেক্টর ব্যবহার না করা ইত্যাদি। প্রোডাক্টের ইউজার ম্যানুয়ালে দেয়া পদ্ধতি অনুসরন ব্যতিরেকে তা ইনস্টল করলে এরকম পরিস্থিতি হতে পারে। ব্যবহারকারির এসকল অসতর্কতা ও ত্রুটিজনিত কারনে প্রোডাক্ট ডেমেজ হলে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পরবে না।

৯) sayeonix.com এর টেকনিক্যাল সার্ভিসের সহিত কনফার্ম ব্যতিরেকে যদি কোন পন্য কোন নির্দিষ্ট কাজের জন্য ক্রয় করা হয়। এবং ব্যবহারের পর তা সেই কাজের জন্য উপযোগী মনে না হয়। উক্ত পন্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। কেননা Sayeonix.com এক্সপেরিমেন্টের জন্য কোন প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ এবং পরবর্তিতে তা রিটার্ন গ্রহন করবে না।

১০) যদি, আমাদের কাছে পণ্যটি স্টকে না থাকে এবং Sayeonix.com এর বিকল্প সরবরাহ করতে অক্ষম হয়, অর্ডার মূল্য ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে। প্রোডাক্টটি সরবরাহ করতে না পারার দরুন কিংবা নির্দিষ্ট সময়  অর্ডারটি গন্তব্যে না পৌছানোর দায়ে Sayeonix.com কোন প্রকার আর্থিক ক্ষতি বা ডেমেজের ক্ষতিপূরন প্রদানে বাধ্য নয়।

১১) দুর্ঘটনা বশতঃ ভুল পন্য সরবরাহ করে হলে, পন্যটি অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল মোড়কে এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং সহ Sayeonix.com কে ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে Sayeonix.com রিটার্ন খরচ বহন করবে এবং স্টকে থাকলে সঠিক পন্যটি সরবরাহ করবে।

১২) প্রোডাক্টের মেনুফেকচারার, সাপ্লায়ার, প্রোডাক্ট ব্যাচ এর ভিন্নতার কারনে এবং সেই সাথে সাপ্লাইয়ের তারতম্যের কারনে প্রোডাক্টের ফটোর সাথে বাস্তবে প্রোডাক্টের ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে। যদিও Sayeonix.com ওয়েবসাইটে সর্বদা আপডেট ছবিটি প্রকাশ করার যথাযথ চেষ্টা করে থাকে।

১৩) আমরা বিকাশ, নগদ, ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে কেনা পণ্যগুলির জন্য ফেরত অনুরোধ প্রক্রিয়া করব। গ্রাহকদের বিকাশ নম্বর/ ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট/ চেকের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড করা হবে।

১৪) Sayeonix.com সমস্ত রিফান্ড, রিটার্নের অনুরোধ এবং ওয়ারেন্টি দাবির বিষয়ে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
