Please read the delivery policy described below carefully. By purchasing any product or accepting any service from our website, you agree to the following agreement:

1. Product Authenticity & Quality:

   Our products are sold in intact, original manufacturer packaging. We always strive to source high-quality and authentic products directly from manufacturers/vendors to supply to our customers. If you have any concerns regarding product quality, you are kindly requested to inspect and purchase the product directly from our physical store.

2. Official Store Location:

   We do not have any other branches. Therefore, please exercise caution when purchasing products from any location other than the official store address provided on our website. Sayeonix.com will not be held responsible for purchases made outside our official store.

3. Courier Service Partners:

   All our orders are delivered through “Pathao Courier” or, in certain cases, “Steadfast Courier.” At this time, we are unable to fulfill requests for delivery via specific courier services chosen by the customer.

4. Standard Delivery Timeline:

   Standard delivery within Dhaka usually takes 1–2 days, and outside Dhaka generally takes 2–4 days. These are standard delivery timeframes provided by third-party courier companies. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partner, it is beyond our direct control; therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, nor can we expedite or delay the delivery process. We can only forward any special requests from the customer to our delivery partners.

5. Express Delivery (Inside Dhaka Only):

   The Express Delivery service is applicable only within Dhaka, ensuring customers receive their product within 24 hours. To receive same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following day. Express delivery may not be available for certain items, such as oversized or excessively heavy products. In such cases, the order will be processed via Standard Delivery with the customer’s consent.

6. Unforeseen Delays & Natural Disasters:

   Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen events, accidents, public holidays, or natural disasters. In such cases, if the delivery person is unable to reach the customer’s location, the order may be returned.

7. Delivery Location Constraints:

   If the customer’s location is unsafe or unreachable for the delivery person, the package may be returned, or the customer may be requested by the delivery person to collect the parcel from a designated nearby location.

8. Installation Services:

   Products purchased from us do not include installation services. You will receive the product exactly as it is supplied. If you require installation or similar services, please inform us before placing the order. Additional service fees may apply in such cases. Sayeonix.com will not be able to entertain such requests made after the order has been placed.

9. Out-of-Stock Refunds & Liability:

   If any product is found to be out of stock, Sayeonix.com will issue a full refund, including delivery charges, to the customer. Sayeonix.com bears no accountability or liability to provide any compensation for damages or losses resulting from such unforeseen circumstances.

10. Right to Cancel Orders:

    Sayeonix.com reserves the right to cancel, return, or reject any order without prior notice or accountability.

অনুগ্রহ করে নিচে বর্ণিত ডেলিভারি নীতি সাবধানে পড়ুন। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কোনো পণ্য ক্রয় বা পরিষেবা গ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত চুক্তিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন:

1. পণ্যটির আসল রূপ ও গুণমান (Product Authenticity & Quality):

   আমাদের পণ্যগুলো ম্যানুফ্যাকচারারের অক্ষত (intact) ও মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে বিক্রি করা হয়। আমরা সর্বদা প্রস্তুতকারক বা অনুমোদিত ভেন্ডর থেকে সরাসরি উন্নত মানের ও আসল পণ্য সংগ্রহ করে গ্রাহকদের কাছে সরবরাহ করার চেষ্টা করি। পণ্যের গুণমান সম্পর্কে আপনার কোনো প্রশ্ন বা সন্দেহ থাকলে, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের ফিজিক্যাল স্টোরে সরাসরি এসে দেখে-শুনে ক্রয় করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

2. অফিসিয়াল স্টোরের অবস্থান (Official Store Location):

   আমাদের অন্য কোনো শাখা নেই। তাই আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া স্টোরের ঠিকানা ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো স্থান থেকে পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্ক থাকুন। আমাদের অফিসিয়াল স্টোরের বাইরে থেকে করা কোনো কেনাকাটার জন্য Sayeonix.com দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।

3. কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস পার্টনার (Courier Service Partners):

   আমাদের সমস্ত অর্ডার “পাঠাও কুরিয়ার” (Pathao Courier) অথবা ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে “স্টেডফাস্ট কুরিয়ার” (Steadfast Courier)-এর মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। এই মুহূর্তে গ্রাহকের পছন্দ অনুযায়ী অন্য কোনো নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ারে ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার অনুরোধ আমরা রক্ষা করতে সক্ষম নই।

4. সাধারণ ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা (Standard Delivery Timeline):

   ঢাকার ভেতরে সাধারণ ডেলিভারিতে সাধারণত ১-২ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে সাধারণত ২-৪ দিন সময় লাগে। এগুলো থার্ড-পার্টি কুরিয়ার কোম্পানি কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত স্বাভাবিক সময়সীমা। কোনো অর্ডার ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করার পর তা আমাদের প্রত্যক্ষ নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে চলে যায়; তাই আমরা নির্দিষ্ট ডেলিভারির সময়ের গ্যারান্টি দিতে পারি না, কিংবা ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া দ্রুত বা ধীর করতে পারি না। আমরা কেবল গ্রাহকের কোনো বিশেষ অনুরোধ ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে পৌঁছে দিতে পারি।

5. এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি – শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার ভেতরে (Express Delivery – Inside Dhaka Only):

   এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সুবিধাটি কেবল ঢাকার ভেতরে প্রযোজ্য, যার মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে পারেন। একই দিনে পণ্য ডেলিভারি পেতে হলে গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই সকাল ১১:০০ ঘটিকার পূর্বে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। সকাল ১১:০০ ঘটিকার পর প্রাপ্ত অর্ডারগুলো পরবর্তী দিনে ডেলিভারি করা হবে। কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য (যেমন: অতিরিক্ত ভারী বা বড় আকারের পণ্য)-এর ক্ষেত্রে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহকের সম্মতি নিয়ে অর্ডারটি সাধারণ ডেলিভারির (Standard Delivery) মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হবে।

6. অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত বিলম্ব ও প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ (Unforeseen Delays & Natural Disasters):

   অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোনো ঘটনা, দুর্ঘটনা, সরকারি ছুটি বা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে। এই ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে ডেলিভারি কর্মী গ্রাহকের গন্তব্যে পৌঁছাতে ব্যর্থ হলে পার্সেলটি ফেরত আসতে পারে।

7. ডেলিভারি লোকেশনের সীমাবদ্ধতা (Delivery Location Constraints):

   গ্রাহকের অবস্থান যদি ডেলিভারি কর্মীর জন্য অনিরাপদ বা পৌঁছানো অসম্ভব হয়, তবে পার্সেলটি ফেরত আসতে পারে অথবা ডেলিভারি কর্মীর অনুরোধে গ্রাহককে নিকটস্থ কোনো নির্দিষ্ট স্থান থেকে পার্সেলটি সংগ্রহ করতে হতে পারে।

8. ইনস্টলেশন সেবা (Installation Services):

   আমাদের থেকে ক্রয়কৃত কোনো পণ্যের সাথে ইনস্টলেশন সেবা যুক্ত থাকে না। আপনি পণ্যটি ঠিক যেভাবে সরবরাহ করা হয়, সেভাবেই গ্রহণ করবেন। যদি আপনার ইনস্টলেশন বা এ জাতীয় কোনো সেবার প্রয়োজন হয়, তবে অর্ডার করার পূর্বেই আমাদের জানাতে হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সার্ভিস ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর এ জাতীয় কোনো অনুরোধ Sayeonix.com-এর পক্ষে গ্রহণ করা সম্ভব হবে না।

9. স্টক না থাকা সাপেক্ষে রিফান্ড ও দায়বদ্ধতা (Out-of-Stock Refunds & Liability):

   যদি কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে, তবে Sayeonix.com ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ গ্রাহকের সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত প্রদান করবে। এই ধরনের অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো ক্ষতি বা লোকসানের জন্য Sayeonix.com কোনো প্রকার ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে বাধ্য বা দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।

10. অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার (Right to Cancel Orders):

    Sayeonix.com পূর্ববর্তী কোনো নোটিশ বা জবাবদিহিতা ছাড়াই যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল, ফেরত বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার সম্পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
